Compulsory information on the rights of individuals with personal data protection (Privacy notice)

From May 25, 2018 a new General Data Protection Regulation, adopted by the European Union, enters into force. The regulation aims to guarantee the protection of the data of individuals from all EU Member States and to harmonize the rules for their processing.
Iris Solutions meets all the requirements of the new regulation, collecting only the data of individuals to the extent necessary for the provision of the service and not storing them in any way thereafter.
It is our responsibility to make clear what information we collect and how we use it to improve your work with our services. We understand that all visitors to our site have the right to know that their personal data will not be used for any unforeseen purposes and will not accidentally fall into the hands of a third party.

Depending on the case, Iris Solutions processes (or can process) your data under the following conditions:
the processing is necessary to fulfill the obligations of Iris Solutions under the service / order contract concluded with you;

the processing is for the purpose of providing information based on your explicit consent to request / order, service or other
one of the other conditions referred to in Article 6 (1) of the Regulation is met.

Iris Solutions stores your data during the term of the service contract and after the contractual obligations are completed Iris Solutions deletes all data and does not store any data for the users. In the case of a contract, the applicable legislation obliges Iris Solutions to store your data for the fulfillment of its obligations under the warranty terms.
In order to ensure more effective control of individuals on their data, the Regulation grants them a number of rights, including: right to information, right of access, right to rectification, right to delete, right to limit processing, right to portability of data, right to object to automated decision-making, right to withdraw certain processing consents. The conditions under which those rights may be exercised are laid down in Article 7 (3) and Chapter III (Articles 12 to 23) of the Regulation.
3. The information provided is based on the understanding that it will be shared with a third party
Our website is informative and does not offer the publication of your personal information. We do not in any way or sense upload personal information to our customers within the site. Any request or completion of a form on the site containing personal data is not saved on the site. The site can only disclose data containing company information to our customers and partners, which is publicly available on the website of the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria. Our Website is hosted on servers located in Bulgaria and maintained by Superhosting.BG, operating on the Bulgarian market located in the EU.

Under the regulation, we may refuse to remove your information in the event that it is necessary for a contractual relationship to take effect.

When we receive a request to access, edit or delete personally identifiable information, we must first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or taking any action. This is important to protect your information.
11. Use of the Site by Children
We do not sell products or provide services for purchase by children, nor do we sell to children. We collect data for all users and visitors to these areas, regardless of age, and expect some of these users and visitors to be children. In accordance with the Regulation and the Appendices appended by the Republic of Bulgaria, children who have reached the age of consent without the need of a guardian for this purpose are children over 14 years of age.
12. Opportunity to complain
If the dispute is not resolved, we hope that you will agree to try to resolve it by engaging in good faith with us in mediation or arbitration. If you are in any way dissatisfied with how we handle your personal information, you have the right to file a complaint with the Bulgarian Data Protection Authority (CPDP). 13. Period of storage of personal data
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy notice, we retain your personal information only for as long as we are required to:
