„Investbank" AD won an award for an innovative project in the second edition of the Digitalk&A1 Awards. In the face of increased competition, the financial institution won a prize in the "IT solution implemented in an enterprise" category for its "Multibanking" service.
The organizers of the contest are the technological media Digitalk, part of the Economedia group, and A1 Bulgaria.
The aim of the initiative is to outline the trends that drove enterprise projects in 2022 and to show the preferred IT solutions and platforms.
The event brought together the most technologically advanced companies in one place. Out of over 60 submissions for participation, 51 projects were admitted to the competition, and oly 4 companies received an award.

I want to wish everyone to create and implement innovations so that we can make our lives better," said Margarita Stoyanova, director of the Digital Services and Customer Service Center Directorate at Investbank AD, during the ceremony.
The "Multibanking" service enables customers of "Investbank" AD to manage their bank accounts from various financial institutions using the bank's digital platforms.
Communication with the various financial organizations takes place in a secure environment through a unified connection developed and maintained by IRIS Solutions. The development in Internet banking, including the provision of certain menus, was carried out by "BS Technologies".
The project is based on the principles of open banking and was implemented in the context of the Second Payment Directive - PSD2. Its main goal is to achieve high standards of financial services and customer satisfaction by offering innovative digital solutions and services.
In addition to their accounts in other Bulgarian financial institutions, customers can operate with their funds from Romanian and Greek banks, as well as with their balances in Revolut and iCard. Multibanking is part of the strategy for innovation and technological development of "Investbank" AD and is a natural continuation of the digital transformation of the financial institution.
